Terms and Conditions:

1. Please make the payment for the next month's course fee on or before the 28th of each month

2. Fees paid are non-refundable and classes are non-transferable.

3. We accept payment by cash and online bank transfer.

4. Registration fees and class fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. If you want to withdraw from school or suspend classes, parents must notify the center’s director one month in advance. This is so that we can fully communicate the student's learning situation before the student withdraws or suspends the course.

6. If students re-enroll after dropping out for more than four months, they will need to pay the registration fee again.

7. Gakken Education Center (Hong Kong) reserves the right to modify the above fee structure and will notify you in advance.
